The Sylfirm X Dual Wave Radio Frequency Micro Needling System is the world’s first and only Health Canada, Pulse Waved and Continuous Wave Radio Frequency Micro Needling device. The system targets skin laxity and pigmentation for ultimate skin revitalization. In addition, the pulsed wave mode gives you selective coagulation to help recover hyperactive melanogenesis, where skin can become darker than the surrounding skin.
